DESCRIPTION

The AENVIRO Electronic Resonating Precipitator manufactured by AENVIRO for Fluidyne Int’l corp. is a new-generation, precisely engineered, low maintenance and chemical-free water treatment product used to treat process water via electro-magnetic resonance.

As water passes through the PVC (stainless steel and aluminum are optional) housing of the reaction chamber at super-laminar fluid velocity, the precipitator produces a complex electro-magnetic frequency in its reaction chamber through an energized induction coil. As water passes through the reaction chamber, the polarity of the calcium ions is changed thus preventing them from binding to any surface, while causing them to coagulate and form calcium carbonate. This powdery-like substance is then easily filtered from the water supply system. Ultimately, since surface scale is prevented from binding to heat transfer plates, efficiency of the equipment is increased. Bacteria are also prevented from growing for two reasons - firstly, the cell membrane of the bacteria is damaged passing through the electro-magnetic frequency thereby preventing reproduction. Secondly, once the scale is removed, the food source/habitation for any bacteria is also removed.

The prolonged resonation of the complex frequencies to the entire water body ensures the disruption of the bacteria's cell membrane and loosens up any scale formation in the piping within the HVAC-R system. No chemical attack on plastic and elastomeric components of the piping system will take place.

Available in 2" to 12" (50 mm to 305 mm) sizes, the AENVIRO Precipitator is easily plumbed into any water process system.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Features and Benefits of Parts & Components

  1. Fluid and solids or contaminants enter the AENVIRO Dynatronix Resonating Precipitator via the Reaction Chamber which produces a complex electro-magnetic frequency flux, varying time and zeta potential on water molecules.
  2. The resulting signals excite the calcium ions in water, alter the DNA of bacteria and reduce the corrosion
    rate in metals and other surfaces affected by chemical and physical changes in water.
  3. As water passes through the energized reaction chamber (induction coil) at super-laminar flow, calcium
    ions are formed and clustered as calcium carbonate. Those ions that do not precipitate form as powdery aragonite and can be easily collected and filtered. The altered ions' molecular polarity prevents them from sticking to any surface and prevents formation of surface scale, thus less media is present for bacteria to grow, which results in increased heat transfer efficiency.
  4. During excitation of the coil, bacteria such as legionella are electro-defused and their cell membranes are either thinned out and/or preaked open. In this instance, the DNA of the bacteria is changed and growth is controlled. The AENVIRO Precipitator replaces any chemical water treatment system.
  5. When the complex frequencies are working on the water molecules, their energy levels are increased, eliminating dissolved oxygen, thus preventing the formation of iron oxide (rust). Exposed metal surfaces exhibit the formation of magnetite red rust as a protective cover that sticks to the metal surfaces further controlling corrosion.
  6. A set of sensors for PH and conductivity control, and redox potential, triggers the need for higher frequency at the reaction chamber while simultaneously increased resonation prolongs the treatment effect to the entire water body in the system.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Reduced power requirement; higher energy savings in heat transfer equipment and cooling processes result from prevention and removal of scale build-up on heated surfaces and piping systems.

Prevents growth of algae, bacteria, bio-film without use of chemicals; stronger and longer wave oscillation disrupts bacteria cell membrane while preventing scale (calcium carbonate) and bio-film build-up, thus reducing biologically influenced corrosion and energy use.

Improved COC (Cycles of Concentration); in cooling towers. COC is defined as the direct ratio of solids (dissolved or suspended) in the cooling tower re-circulation water vs. solids in the make-up water, or more scientifically, determining chloride ions concentration in cooling tower water vs. chloride ions in make-up water.

Increased efficiency; a cooling tower equipped with a complete AENVIRO water filtration system and Dynatronix Resonating Precipitator will maintain a level of 2 to 5 COC relatively delivering approximately 40% to 70% with a corresponding increase in heat transfer efficiency of 30% to
50% savings.

Relatively short payback period: Upgrading to Fluidyne’s technology can deliver energy, maintenance, and downtime savings, and improved health. Conserves up to 90% of water based on annual use.

Unique industry technology: Strength of frequency waves is transmitted throughout entire body of water in cooling tower, piping and ancillary equipment via prolonged oscillation and resonations of wave pulses. Multiple independent reaction solenoid coils target concentration of minerals where needed resulting in reduced cost of water treatment system.

Cooling tower sensors regulate operation; frequency wave strength is self-adjusting thereby negating variable operation.

Minimal scheduled maintenance required; contains no moving parts to wear out and reduces dependency on use of toxic chemicals. Only occasional removal of solids (system purge) is required via a filter bag housing. See "Solids Purging Options"

INSTALLATION

Supply and installation is by Fluidyne Int'l Corp. Essentially the AENVIRO Dynatronix Resonating Precipitator is installed in any section of pipe near the equipment to be serviced as recommended by Fluidyne International Corp.

DESIGN ASSISTANCE

A Fluidyne representative will supply technical assistance, application schematics, system selection, 3-Part specifications, and budget pricing.

WARRANTY

5 years against faulty materials or workmanship for AENVIRO Dynatronix Resonating Precipitator. One year for the electronic components inside the controller.

MAINTENANCE

Minimal scheduled maintenance required.
Periodic check-up of the programming sequence.
